Q&A with the Candidate
Why should voters elect you?
Because Josh Kelley cares. Cares for your future, your well-being, and your rights. We need to bring everyone back to the middle so we can do the work that needs to done for the people. We can have a difference of opinions on how to solve problems, but we need to agree that we all still have problems that need solutions. Otherwise we have all lost.
What is the top issue in your district? How would you address it?
I believe that one of the most concerning issues is our out of control property tax evaluation and how it affects our current taxes. I would pass legislation against increased tax for possible future gains.
How should Wisconsin government operate differently than in the past?
My main issue with Wisconsin's government is the red tape that is required for business owners to get things done. Our bureaucracy has too many layers that we have to go through and my main goal is to allow small business owners to have more freedom.
What is your favorite fun Wisconsin history fact?
The nickname "The Badger State" refers to the lead miners from the 1820s that dug their homes into the hill side for shelter and warmth, not the lovable animal itself.
