Race overview

Republican supply chain analyst Bryson Reyes, of Waukesha, faces Democrat Waukesha City Council member Rico Camacho in the general election for the 82nd Assembly District. The seat is currently held by Republican state Rep. Scott Allen, R-Waukesha, who is not seeking reelection. The district leans toward Republicans, but saw a Democrat win the Waukesha mayor’s race in this year’s April elections. Allen was first elected to the Assembly in 2014 and won reelection in 2024 by 14 percentage points. Neither Reyes nor Camacho faced a primary opponent.
