Federal immigration court data at the local level (2020-2025)

More than 4 million people entered the federal immigration court system between 2020 and 2025. This dashboard tracks new cases, legal representation rates, and judicial outcomes across every immigration court and county in the United States.

Use the map to explore regional trends or search for a specific court to track case volumes, representation rates, immigrant nationalities and other metrics relevant to your community or newsroom.

County-level statistics rely on an imperfect match between ZIP codes and counties. ZIP codes are not technically geographical areas, nor do they perfectly align with county boundaries. This tool assigns cases to counties based on the county containing the majority of an immigrant's ZIP code as specified in immigration court records.

This tool updates automatically every month. To account for possible inaccuracies in recently released data, it displays data on a two-month delay.
