Republican U.S. Rep. Glenn Grothman, of Greenbush, faces Mequon business owner Brad Smith in the general election. Green Party candidate and Mequon business owner Matthew Arndt is also running in the general election, as are independent candidates Mequon firefighter Mike Thurow and Neenah phlebotomist Elizabeth Fitzgibbon. The district favors Republicans. Grothman, who is endorsed by President Donald Trump, was elected to the seat in 2015 and won reelection by 22 percentage points in 2024.
