Q&A with the Candidate
Why should voters elect you?
Wisconsin's future depends on responsible government spending. Our state is currently BROKE — budget and bureaucracy. It's bogged down by red tape, managed by out of touch oversight and it is denying our families opportunity through excessive spending. We need common sense leadership that puts our hard-working communities back in the driver's seat. I will fight for our families on the state level just as I've done in my county.
What is the top issue in your district? How would you address it?
Taxes, affordability and housing. High taxes and restrictive mandates are draining resources from local families, hindering regional growth and stalling critical infrastructure repairs. Madison relies on a top-down, one size fits all approach that suffocates small business, multigenerational farms and local economies. I plan to fight for local communities by eliminating the red tape and bureaucracy.
How should Wisconsin government operate differently than in the past?
It's time for less government and fewer regulations. It is time to put money back in our pockets and make living affordable.
What is your favorite fun Wisconsin history fact?
It's incredible all the businesses and innovations that were born and continue to grow in our great state — Case IH, Mercury Marine, Kohler, Usinger, Harley Davidson, Northwestern Mutual — this list goes on and on. All while maintaining the title America's Dairyland.
