Why should voters elect you?
I'm a conservative, Christian, wife, and the only mother in this race. I've spent my career championing our constitutional freedoms in both the public and private sector. I understand how the political game is played, how businesses are run and ultimately how all of these decisions impact our families and communities. Send me to Madison and I'll fight for medical freedom, cut red tape strangling small businesses and farms, and demand accountability for taxpayer dollars.
What is the top issue in your district? How would you address it?
Affordability is the primary concern I hear from folks when I'm out in the district. Wisconsinites are concerned about rising property taxes, increased health care costs, and high utility bills. I'll fight to freeze property taxes so families can stay in their homes and seniors aren't taxed out of theirs. I'll work to bring energy costs down through an all-of-the-above approach that embraces reliable, affordable power like nuclear and protects ratepayers. I'll take on the red tape and overregulation that quietly drive up the cost of everything, from housing to health care. Government can't control every price, but it can stop contributing to making life more expensive for Wisconsinites.
How should Wisconsin government operate differently than in the past?
Wisconsin government has grown bigger, spent more, and added rules. That has to change. Government should do less, but do it well, and trust the people of Wisconsin to keep more of what they earn. I'll measure success not by how many bills I pass, but by how much red tape I repeal. We should sunset outdated regulations, demand accountability for every taxpayer dollar, and return surpluses to families instead of growing government with them. We should respect the constitutional balance between the branches, so unelected agencies can't write costly rules without oversight. This means less duplication, more accountability, and a government that remembers it works for the people of Wisconsin.

The ice cream sundae was originally invented in Two Rivers, Wisconsin in 1881!
